ZigBee Measurement Suite

ZigBee and the underlying IEEE 802.15.4 standard promise to give the market a cost-effective standard-based wireless network that supports low data rates, low power consumption, security, and reliability. The ZigBee Measurement Suite by MaxEye Technologies provides the signal generation and analysis tools using NI Vector Signal Generators/Analyzers or Vector Signal Transceiver to test the physical layer and RF front end of the ZigBee devices. The ZigBee Measurement Suite supports generating and analyzing the signal as per the IEEE 802.15.4 standard MAC and PHY protocol. The MAC and PHY layer parameters can be configured using the LabVIEW API VIs.

 

DVB-T Signal Generation Toolkit

The MaxEye Signal generation software is an ideal test tool for generating the test signals with different configurations and conditions to completely test the receiver during design, verification and manufacturing floor to characterize the receiver performance. The receiver performance can be verified by doing BER analysis at the various stages of the receiver (BER after demodulation, BER after inner decoding and BER after outer decoding). This toolkit offers standard based test solution for designing, evaluating and manufacturing Digital video broadcasting-terrestrial (DVB-T) equipments. Digital video broadcasting-terrestrial (DVB-T) is the European based consortium standard for broadcast transmission of digital terrestrial television. DVB-T can transport compressed video data in an MPEG transport stream using OFDM modulation with channel coding (i.e. COFDM). This system transmits compressed digital audio, video and other data in “physical layer pipes” (PLPs), using OFDM modulation with concatenated channel coding and modulation. The DVB-T2 Generation Toolkit from MaxEye Technologies supports ETSI EN 302 755 V1.1.1 (2009-09), “Digital Video Broadcasting (DVB); Frame structure, channel coding and modulation for a second generation digital terrestrial television broadcasting system (DVB-T2)”. This version of the toolkit supports Mode-A (Single PLP).
