CCI 600 Series Configurable Compact ATE for PXI

Customer specific built-in fixturing for repeatable results. Hand-probing replaced with spring-loaded test probes or DUT specific adapters. Wireless probe-board connects directly to PXI, eliminating wiring.

CCI 5000 Series In-line Scalable Production Board Test Platform

The CCI 5000 Series In-line Handler separates the dependence between automation, fixturing and measurements, while adding a standardize quick change fixture interface.

CCI 1050 Medical Device Test Station

The CCI 1050 test station enables medical device manufactures to quickly deploy reliable and upgradable systems that meet internal and 21 CFR Part 820 standards.

CCI 600 Series Modular Bench-Top Test Platform

The CCI 600 Series is a rugged, compact, and modular bench top platform that can be configured as a functional tester or flash programmer. The CCI-600 includes a rugged base, UPS, PXI controller, touch screen monitor, integrated keyboard, and configurable API software for LabVIEW and TestStand. It is compatible with many of CCI's product interfacing technologies including drop-ins, top and bottom side probing, and manual or pneumatic actuation. The CCI 600 delivers a 90% reference platform for low/mid-volume ATE deployment.

CCI 1000 Configurable ATE Production Test Platform

The 1000 is a PXI based modular test system with drop-in replaceable product interfaces and pre-designed pneumatic, power distribution, and safety subsystems. It can be configured with one,two or three modular base racks. The CCI 1000 delivers a 90% reference platform for high volume ATE deployment.

CCI 5000 In-line Handler

The CCI 5000 is a unified in-line handler that is software and hardware agnostic, enabling adaptability to a variety of off-the-shelf lower cost ICT, Flash and Functional test software and hardware.

CCI 1050 Medical Device Test Station

The CCI 1050 board and product level test station is a part of the Circuit Check 1000 Series Configurable ATE Platform. With a lower cost of ownership, the CCI 1050 allows medical device manufactures to build reliable and upgradable test systems that meet both internal quality standards and those outlined in 21 CFR Part 820.

Design Guide: Introduction to Automated Test Fixtures

Learn about Automated Test Fixtures, Bed-of-Nail Fixtures and Mass Interconnect to ATE system design.

Understanding In-circuit Test Fixture Quoting Requirements

In order to build a test fixture for your product, a test fixture house will need information such as CAD files, Gerber files, Bill of Materials, Schematics, Assembly or FAB drawings, etc. Download the following document and learn complete details required for fixture design.

Design Guide: Building PXI Based Board-level Test Systems

A challenge for many test engineers building sophisticated PXI based functional test systems is that the PXI instrumentation may need to measure thousands of test points through the mechanical interconnect, not to mention the focused attention required for signal integrity. This design guide teaches you the major components needed to build a PXI based automated test system.

Configuration Guide: CCI 1050 Medical Device Test Station

This guide outlines general configuration options to the CCI 1050 test station comprised of measurement instrumentation, interface and fixture interconnects, enterprise communication and test sequencing software.
