Next-Generation Instrumentation for Nuclear Power (2012)

NI Week 2012 Energy Summit Presentation. See how next-generation condition monitoring systems developed using LabVIEW and CompactRIO monitor important plant assets such as sensors, rotating equipment, and reactivity control rods during operation. These advanced asset monitoring systems work with wired and wireless configurations for operating nuclear power plants and research reactors worldwide

Wireless Condition Monitoring of Rotating Equipment in Research Reactors (2010)

NI Week 2010 Session. Continuous monitoring and predictive maintenance of rotating equipment by applying CompactRIO with wireless communication.

Case Studies

Online Monitoring of Nuclear Reactors Using NI CompactRIO

Using NI CompactRIO hardware and NI LabVIEW software, AMS developed an OLM solution that allows for live remote monitoring of equipment that is otherwise hard to access or in hazardous locations
