Polaris is a circuitry functions tester, which developed with the virtual instrument technology and is based on the flexible test technology by Pansino. It integrates a variety of general instruments, such as oscilloscopes, function generators, digital multi-meters, and programmable power supply, as well as general communication and control interfaces such as programmable logic I/O, multiplexer, matrix switches, CAN bus, and RS458/RS232 ports. It also provides an optional boundary scan function to meet the requirements of measuring and testing of analog/digital signal, static /transient signals with qualitative and quantitative analysis.

Features
  • 2 analog channels with 1 GS/s sampling rate at single channel mode or 500 MS/s at double channel mode
  • Function generator with sinusoidal wave (up to 20 MHz) and square wave (up to 5 MHz)
  • 5½ digits digital multi-meter
  • Programmable DC power supply with 3 outputs
  • 2 isolated CAN 2.0 ports, 2 isolated RS485 ports, and 2 isolated RS232 ports
  • 92 high-speed signal-ended digital I/O channels which can be configured as LVDS signals
  • Double-line 2 (row) by 48 (column) matrix switches with 220-V voltage rating, 2-A current rating, 60-W power, and 5-MHz bandwidth
  • High-capacity interface for up to 9 DIN41612 96 pins connectors or MacPanel modules, which provides 1800 testing points undertaking 20000 times plugging
  • Sequence Development Environment
  • In-system debug
  • Multi-thread parallel test
Benefits
  • Smart identifying the fixture and the testing program can automatically start
  • After setting the DUT, the testing program can automatically start
